Welcome to Forge Golf Studio LLC. By maintaining a membership or utilizing our facility in Tukwila, WA, you agree to the following terms regarding facility usage, billing, and conduct.
Forge Golf Studio operates primarily as an unstaffed, 24/7 facility. Access is granted only to active members and their permitted guests. Members are strictly prohibited from sharing digital access credentials, PINs, or allowing unauthorized individuals into the building ("tailgating"). Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your membership without a refund and a potential ban from the facility.
For the safety of our members and the protection of our premium equipment, the facility is monitored 24/7 by closed-circuit video surveillance. By entering the premises, you consent to being recorded. Tampering with, covering, or otherwise interfering with security cameras is strictly prohibited.
Our 3-bay studio features premium, commercial-grade technology, including ProTee VX launch monitors and GSPro software. Members are expected to treat all equipment with respect. You are financially responsible for any intentional, reckless, or negligent damage caused to the launch monitors, impact screens, projectors, computers, or the physical premises by yourself or your guests.
To preserve our performance turf and fitness flooring, clean indoor shoes or spikeless golf shoes only are permitted. Metal spikes and muddy outdoor shoes are strictly prohibited. Because we are an unstaffed facility, members must clean up after themselves. This includes collecting and returning all golf balls to their trays, picking up broken tees, wiping down fitness equipment, and returning all weights to the racks after use.
Food and beverages must be kept in designated lounge or table areas. Under no circumstances are liquids or food allowed on the hitting mats, near the computer stations, or on the gym flooring. If you spill something, you are required to clean it up immediately using the provided cleaning supplies.
Please adhere strictly to your booked time slots. Members must vacate the bay promptly at the end of their reservation to allow the next member to begin. Your booking time includes warm-up and pack-up time. Chronic no-shows, overstaying reservations, or booking bays without showing up may result in booking privileges being suspended or overage fees being charged.
You must be at least 18 years old to hold a primary membership. Minors are welcome as guests but must be accompanied and strictly supervised by an adult member at all times. The adult member assumes all liability for the minor's safety and any damage caused by the minor.
The curated fitness area is provided for golf-specific training. Members must use equipment within their physical limits. Please do not excessively drop heavy weights, as this can damage the flooring and disrupt golfers in the simulator bays. Use spotter arms when lifting heavy, as no staff is on-site to assist in an emergency.
Golf simulators inherently involve swinging heavy equipment and high-velocity projectiles. The fitness area involves heavy machinery and free weights. By using the facility, you acknowledge these risks. All members and guests must sign our separate Liability Waiver prior to their first session. Forge Golf Studio LLC is not liable for personal injury, illness, or loss of personal property while on the premises.
